Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster are spending quality time together in New York City.
Jackman, 56, and Foster, 50, were spotted walking hand-in-hand while going out for a stroll in N.Y.C. on Saturday, May 17, as seen in rare photos obtained exclusively by PEOPLE.
The couple, who confirmed their romance in January, were seen in happy spirits while dressed casually for the outing. Jackman sported a white T-shirt, gray pants and sneakers, as Foster wore a dark navy dress and loafers while carrying a woven handbag.
The former Music Man costars’ sighting comes as Jackman is currently starring in the Off-Broadway play, Sexual Misconduct of the Middle Class in N.Y.C. The play kicked off on April 28 and runs until June 18.

Jackman and Foster were previously seen on a dinner date in Santa Monica, Calif., on Jan. 6., two days after Jackman attended Foster’s play Once Upon a Mattress in Los Angeles. Foster later supported Jackman at the opening night of his From New York, with Love show in N.Y.C on Jan.24.
The pair’s romance comes after they both recently went through divorces. Jackman separated from his ex-wife of 27 years, Deborra-lee Furness, in September 2023, while Foster filed for divorce from her ex-husband, Ted Griffin, in October 2024.

Jackman and Foster starred in The Music Man on Broadway together, which ran from February 2022 to January 2023.Â
Foster said of her working with Jackman to PEOPLE in 2022, “The best thing that’s happened out of this whole thing is that I’ve made a new friend, which you never anticipate.”

“We always joke that after 40, you don’t really make new friends! He’s a dream and so kind and talented and is even more generous,” the actress continued. “He’s pretty fantastic. We’re having a really remarkable time — the whole company.”
Foster added while speaking to PEOPLE at the Drama Desk Awards in June 2024, “[Hugh is] one of the greatest guys ever; an incredible costar.”
