Wresting fans aren’t sure how to feel about Hulk Hogan‘s new look.
While making an appearance on Fox & Friends on Thursday, May 1, the WWE icon was wearing his signature red bandana with sunglasses on top, but it was his strange facial hair style that threw fans off.
In addition to his usual all-white mustache, the pro wrestler opted for an interesting two-tone look on his face while rocking the stark white mustache over a black, stubbly beard.
Fans on social media had no shortage of comments for Hogan’s new look, including X users who called the new style “goofy” “unfortunate,” and “stupid.”
Hogan, 71, also appeared looking “old” to some of his fans, who noticed that his skin looked “saggy” in the video, while another person characterized him as looking “rough” lately.
Someone else told Hogan it’s “time to stop” dying his beard, while another said it looked like he was “trying too hard.”
“It’s awful that’s all,” one person added.
But several of Hogan’s fans fiercely defended him on X, including one person who insisted, “I’ll give Hulk the benefit of the doubt. The dude is 70 years old (71 actually).”
“The Hulkster can do what he wants. BTW…He looks better at 70 than the negative commenters do in their 30s,” another supporter clapped back.
